VCare’s commitment to supporting clients
VCare is an extensive care and support planning software solution suitable for nursing homes, disability services and home/community care.
VCare understands that moving your content online, training your staff and keeping everything up to date can be daunting, but what VCare prides itself on is our constant communication and commitment to supporting clients whenever you need it.
Some of the examples of VCare’s commitment to supporting clients include:
- VCare Drop-in Sessions
- Review of current system against our comprehensive template
- Training Videos
VCare Drop-in Sessions
To keep your staff up-to-date and confident with using VCare, each week a complimentary 1-hour drop-in session is available to staff in your organisation. These sessions require no registration and agendas are circulated a week in advance so your staff can pick and choose what sessions / parts of sessions they would like to attend.
Review of client system against our comprehensive template system
To make sure our clients are using VCare in a way that is optimised to fit their specific needs, we carry out a review of client systems against our comprehensive template system. This allows our experts to identify gaps in the system and produces a report that is provided to the client, highlighting the content that’s not in their system but would be beneficial to their facility. We then offer complimentary addition of Care Plans, Assessments, Measurements, Charts and Progress Note Types and Templates as agreed, that will suit their specific needs.
Training is the key to success, making sure your staff are well prepared for the transition to online care management is crucial. We offer comprehensive training both when first signing up to VCare and throughout when needed, but VCare also has a collection of training videos that are available to access 24/7. These are available by request, and as opposed to Face-to-face training these are free of charge to all staff of your facility and give viewer the opportunity to review aspects of the software, they may want some extra help with.
We want to help your staff excel at caring for your residents, so as well as providing them with world class aged care software we also offer webinar sessions with experts in other fields.
We work with experts in fields with relevance to the aged care sector and hold webinar sessions where they discuss a topic that is relevant and will provide great value to our clients. These sessions are free of charge and give the opportunity to learn more about these topics, asking questions directly to the experts. Because online they are easy and convenient for both our clients and the presenters to attend.
Our most recent webinar was held in June, where we had Hadas Levy, the Health and Wellbeing Lead at the Royal College of Physicians of Ireland (RCPI), this session aimed at supporting staff working in nursing homes during COVID 19 outbreak. In this session we explored the reasons contributing to the differences in how we cope. The feedback on this session was fantastic, with everyone who attended saying they gained real value from the session.
