VCare hosted a Health and Wellbeing Webinar by Hadas Levy, the Health and Wellbeing Lead, Royal College of Physicians of Ireland (RCPI). During the session, Hadas presented The Healthy Mind Platter which consists of seven daily essential mental activities to optimize brain matter and create well-being. The quantity of each activity varies among individuals, attendees were asked to review their Healthy Mind Platter and it was interesting to see the level of value individuals placed on different activities.
We discussed the the 7 key activities to optimise your health and wellbeing:

- Focus Time
- Connecting Time
About the host – Hadas Levy
Hadas Levy is the Health and Wellbeing Lead, Royal College of Physicians of Ireland (RCPI). The health and wellbeing department is devoted to the promotion and improvement of physicians’ health and wellbeing by supporting individuals in distress whilst in training, providing training and teaching to promote better working relationships and developing and contributing to national strategies. Hadas is a counselling psychologist and prior to working in RCPI she provided psychological care to survivors of abuse via the NCCP of the HSE, to GP patients via the Primary Care Counselling services, to students at DCU through the student counselling services and to adults and couples in her private practice. Hadas is actively working on the development of educational interventions and research to promote civility in the workplace. This work includes collaboration with the Faculty of Radiology and the Royal College of Surgeons of Ireland.
